Digital Banking Upgrade

A New Digital Banking Experience is Coming July 29th, 2026.

At Keystone Savings Bank, we understand that life is busy and convenience matters. That's why we're introducing a new Digital Banking platform designed to make managing your finances easier. Whether you're at home or on the go, you'll have a seamless banking experience across all of your accounts, with the flexibility to bank whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you. 

Our new and improved system will combine Personal and Business Online Banking into one easy-to-access platform featuring enhanced security, a new mobile banking app, and more! It’s a powerful suite of digital services built for the way you want to bank.

System Downtime

Monday, July 27th at 5 PM

Personal Online and Mobile Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode. You will be able to view account information, but you will not be able to complete transactions until the transition is complete.

Mobile Deposit via our Personal Mobile Banking app will be disabled.

Bill Pay will be disabled and unavailable during the system downtime. Any payments that were scheduled before the transition will be processed as planned without interruption. However, you will not be able to schedule new payments or edit existing ones until the new system is available.

Business Online Banking will become unavailable during the system downtime. 

Wednesday, July 29th at 8 AM

Important - Action Required

Confirm Contact Information

To ensure a smooth first-time login on the new system, it is important that we have your current phone number and email address on file. Please log in to your Online Banking account to review your email address and update this information as soon as possible. If you've recently changed your phone number, please reach out to the branch for assistance updating. 

Username and Password

You will be required to log in with your username and password for the first time on the new system. This applies to both Online and Mobile Banking.

Mobile Banking Users: If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.

Please be sure you know your login credentials before Wednesday, July 29th

  • If you are unsure of your username, please contact us for assistance.
  • If you are unsure of your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online or Mobile Banking login screen.

General Account Information

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including transaction history, scheduled payments, internal transfers, alerts, and eStatement settings.

Account Alerts

Any account Alerts that you have established on your online banking will not transfer to the new system. Please make note of these and plan to reestablish them once logged into the new system. 

Bill Pay Users

Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system. 

Payee addresses in Bill Pay need to be complete and accurate for payee information to transfer to the new system. Please review and make corrections by Monday, July 27th at 5 PM. 

We also recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers so you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live.

First-Time Login

No changes to your login credentials are expected. You will log in for the first time using your current username and password whether online or via our mobile app.

Enhanced Security
After you enter your login credentials, you'll be asked to verify your identity using a one-time passcode. You can choose to receive the passcode by text message, phone call, or email. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.

Account History
After the upgrade, you’ll have access to up to 18 months of account statements. If you need statements older than 18 months, please download them before the upgrade.

The new system will combine Personal & Business Online Banking into one easy-to-access platform that will feature all of the essential tools you use today with friendlier navigation, enhanced security, a new mobile banking app, and more. 
When will the upgrade take place?The upgrade will take place on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, at 8 AM.
Will the current system be
accessible during the upgrade?
No, please review our expected system downtime schedule: 
 
5 PM - Monday, July 27th,2026:
Personal Online and Mobile Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode. You will be able to view your personal accounts during this time but will not be able to complete any online transactions.

Will this upgrade affect the
Mobile Banking app?

Yes, we will be launching a NEW Mobile Banking app as part of the upgrade that allows both personal and business account holders to access their accounts from one easy-to-use app.  This will be available for download on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026.

How do I access the new
Mobile Banking app?
To download the new app, you can search for Keystone Savings Bank in your device's app store. If you already use our mobile app, you'll be prompted to update it the next time you open the app. Once the update is complete, you'll be ready to start using the new Digital Banking experience.
What if I use biometrics to log
in via the Mobile Banking app?
If you utilize biometrics to access your accounts via our Mobile Banking app, you will need to be sure you know your User ID and Password prior to our go-live date. You will be required to enter these within the new app the first time you log in. 

After you have logged in, you can reestablish your biometrics for future logins.
What if I don't know my
Username or Password?
If you are unsure of your Username, please contact us at 1-800-KEY-3210 for assistance.

If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the respective login screen and following the on-screen prompts.

PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING Q&AS

Will my personal online
banking login change?
No. Once the new system is live, you will be able to log in using your existing Username and Password. Upon your first login, you will have the option to select a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. You will simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely log in.
Do I need to take any
immediate action prior to the upgrade?
Yes!  It is very important that we have your current phone number and email address on file. Please log in to your Online Banking account to review your email address and update this information as soon as possible. If you've recently changed your phone number, please reach out to the branch for assistance updating.

GENERAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Account AlertsAny account Alerts that you have established on your online banking will not transfer to the new system. Please make note of these and plan to reestablish them once logged into the new system. 
Internal Transfers/PaymentsPlease note, while your recurring internal transfers will be available within the new system, if you would like to make edits to these, you will need to set up the transfer again and delete the old one once the new system is live.
 
In addition, please be sure to review your account details carefully to ensure everything transferred correctly. Pay close attention to your Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, and internal transfers prior to scheduling any new transfers or payments.
