Message Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Keystone Savings Bank, the health and safety of our customers and employees is a top priority. We are monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation and information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) regarding workplace sanitization and recommended safety protocols:

  • Performing additional cleaning on high contact areas, such as doorknobs, tables, desks, teller counters, and handrails
  • Asking our employees to stay home if they feel ill or have been in contact with an individual who may have contracted COVID-19
  • Limiting non-essential travel and asking employees to self-isolate if they visit an area with widespread or ongoing transmission of COVID-19

We have business continuity measures to allow for uninterrupted banking services in the event that more severe quarantine measures are put in place.

At this time, our five branches are operating with normal business hours, with service at our drive-ups.

If you don’t feel well or do not want to visit one of our branches in person, here are some convenient ways for you to do your banking without stopping at a branch:

  • ATM services: Available at Keystone, Marengo, Center Point and Pleasant Hill
  • Online Banking: Access your accounts 24/7 to see your balance, perform transactions, deposit checks remotely and more.
